Your celebration cupcakes should be as unique as your event. At The Big Bang Cakes, we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

Design concept
Flavours & Fillings: Choose from classic vanilla or chocolate, or explore indulgent options like fruit coulis, lemon curd, caramel, or chocolate.
Colours & Style: From classic swirls to beautifully piped ombré buttercream, edible pearls, or themed toppers, we’ll help you select the perfect combination.
Themes & Inspiration: Share your ideas, photos, or mood boards—we’ll collaborate with you to create a design that fits your celebration perfectly.

Book your order
From this consultation, we’ll provide a personalised estimate or, where possible, an exact quotation, ensuring every detail of your bespoke cupcakes is planned before baking begins.

Finalising the design
Once you’re happy with your quote, a 50% booking fee will secure your date. We recommend confirming promptly, as your chosen date remains available to other enquiries until the deposit is received.

Final Payment
The final payment will be due by the date shown on your order confirmation, usually 1 week before the delivery or collection day.

Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of The Big Bang Cakes studio in Surrey for £12, ensuring your cake arrives safely and beautifully.
For London delivery, costs range from £20–£25, depending on postcode. Any applicable congestion charges will be added, so your bespoke creation is delivered seamlessly to your chosen location.
Collection: For cupcakes and cakes under three tiers, we warmly welcome collection from our Surrey studio, allowing you to take home your handcrafted masterpiece at your convenience.
